For the first unit of this new school year, Kuei Shan students inquired into how their actions affect their physical health and the responsibility they have to make healthy choices. Students tuned in by running an initial Beep Test, creating a starting point to measure improvements in their anaerobic fitness. Throughout the unit, students performed various exercises and games that focused on building muscle, increasing endurance and improving coordination, all while recording their results.
