Chapel : The Day of Pentecost

G1-2 Chapel

Last Sunday (May 28 2023) was the Day of Pentecost. It's an holy day in Christian World.

Saint Peter was one of disciple Great Jesus.However, when Jesus got arrested, Peter betrayed Jesus by saying he has no relation with Him. In the last hours before Jesus's death,He assigned Peter back to Jerusalem waiting and praying for 7 days. Peter went there with full of remorse. 7 days after, miracle happened, Jesus is resurrected. This makes Peter rebuild his faith then he fearlessly told everyone in Jerusalem "You killed Jesus! The only way to get his forgiveness, will be receiving baptism. " On that day, more than 3000 people were baptized.

每個人與神之間，都有特定的秘密，這些是每位獨立生命體特有的權限，不能隨意與他人分享。每個人都有自己心裡的黑暗，也是罪的所在，而若基督在心裡，便有能力與神一起去面對與克服。口裡所言、身之所行，都是心裡所滿，因此要面向光明、棄置黑暗。在成長的路上，難免有徬徨，期許學生在學年的尾端，能夠將基督放入心中做生命強大勇健的依靠，引領每個正確的選擇。
