Water, Water, Water!
“Water is important to our daily life and we need to take care of it”
After the students shared what they know about water (Knowledge), we put together 4 lines of query (wonderings) to inquire into:
Where does water come from? Where does water go?
Why do we need water?
How do we clean water?
How to save water?
Students were assigned a question and put into groups to do some researching --
- First, they took their question home and ask their parents.
- Next, we went to the Museum of Drinking water.
Then we did some experiments and activities for further inquiry --

After finding our answers, we did our water campaign and shared to our Kuei Shan G1 and G2 siblings what we have learned, and sang a song that went nicely with we we have been looking into for 5 interesting weeks: The Water Song.
