  I lift up my eyes to the mountains ----where does my help come from?

  My help comes from the LORD, the maker of heaven and earth

• October Guidance focus: Loyalty, Obedience, Patriotism

  The love behind obedience: We might not fully understand why, it doesn't meant it's not important. It's ok not understanding but it's good to learn.

• Duties

  You complete your duties might due to 1) so you can to do something fun later 2) being afraid of the consequence 3) in order to have a better future. No matter what, that's all the gifts and lessons that God offers us.

• God gives us the abilities to be assertive, gentle, kind, lovely,good and self-control. We have to cherish them and make good use of them
