G5 : The value of regrowing

Fifth grade students are ending the school year with some sweet potato leaves! Three months after burying little chunks of sweet potatoes, they harvested more than enough for the whole team to eat! They realized that certain vegetables can regrow, so the roots that we usually throw away after chopping actually has value.
